How do I swap a coach between classes?
Use the swap link in the daily view. Each instructor has their own column, so find the lesson or class, swap it to another staff member, and the change shows on the schedule and the roster.
Can I record when instructors are available?
Yes. Record each instructor's availability by date and set their usual open and close times, so you can see who's free before you roster a class or private lesson.
Does every staff member get their own login?
Yes. Each staff member can have their own user and password in Intrac, and coaches also get a staff portal on their phone with their roster, class details and payroll.
Can staff message each other inside Intrac?
Yes. Intrac has internal staff messages with received and sent folders, so team updates stay in the system. You can also text the instructors for a class from its attendance screen.
What staff reports are available?
Intrac includes staff and payroll reports you can filter by location and date range, then print or download as raw data. If you need something different, custom reports are available on request.
