Set up the competition
Choose the format, such as round robin, knockout, pools into knockout or divisions. Set the term, the maximum players per team and whether fees are per player or per team.

Take team entries
Teams are created online and players join by searching the team name, paying any per-player fee as they sign up. Each team is placed in a pool, with its captain on record.

Create the fixtures
Generate the draw for each pool or division, with a court or pitch and start time for every match. Swap rounds or clear future fixtures if the season changes.

Record results each round
Save each result, including forfeits, and the ladder updates for players to check online. Staff can record scores from the staff portal on their phone.
