What is a multi-sport facility management system?
A multi-sport facility management system runs the bookings, programs and staff behind a venue whose courts, fields and rooms are shared by many sports. Intrac is a class & facility management system that covers hire, term programs, holiday camps, social comps, kiosk sales, rosters and payroll, set up to suit how your venue runs.
Can I see every court, field and room on one screen?
Yes. The bookings grid shows every space at a venue by time for the day you pick. Hire, permanent bookings, programs and comps all sit on it, coloured by type.
Can customers hire courts online?
Yes. Customers choose a space, date and start time, then pay at checkout from their phone or computer. Clubs and schools can have term bookings invoiced to their account.
Can parents book camp days for more than one child?
Yes. Parents choose which child each booking is for and add camp days for each of them. Every child goes through one checkout, so the family pays once.
How do pickup codes work?
Parents get a three-digit code by email when their child is marked present, and staff check it at pickup. You switch codes on for each camp or program.
Can the kiosk and pro shop sell through Intrac?
Yes. Staff scan a barcode or pick items on screen, apply member prices and take cash, bank transfer or EFTPOS. Stock levels sit alongside your bookings in Intrac.
Can I roster casual coaches and pay them different rates?
Yes. Each person can have a different rate for each kind of work, such as camp coaching or a kiosk shift, and their roster sets their pay. Staff check their shifts and pay on their phone.
What does Intrac cost for a multi-sport centre?
Pricing starts at 1.95% of the revenue you take each month, with a $495 monthly minimum, plus GST. Ongoing support, upgrades and changes are part of every plan, with no setup fees or lock-in contracts.
