If net bookings still come in by email and the door needs a key, here's what changes.
- Net bookings come in by email and phone, and nobody replies until the office opens next morning.
- Early and late sessions need someone on site to open the doors and turn the lights off.
- Waivers are signed on paper at the counter, if anyone remembers to ask for one.
- Club discounts and bowling machine charges are worked out by hand for every booking.
- Players see which nets are free on a live booking sheet, and book and pay online at any hour.

Open any net booking to see who, when and how much. Push a 6 pm hire back to 7 pm, move it to another customer or cancel it, and the sheet updates for everyone.

Players pick a net and start time, sign the waiver and pay at checkout. Club pre-season blocks go in as permanent or term bookings.

Yes. Intrac works with your access control system and texts each hirer a code for their booking. Doors and lights run with the booking, so nobody has to open up for early or late sessions.
Can customers sign a waiver online?
Yes. Customers read your indemnity waiver online and sign it on screen. Checkout won't go ahead until they have, and it's ticked on their customer record.
Can we hire out the bowling machine?
Yes. Set up the bowling machine lane as its own bookable space. Players book it like any other net, and it shows as taken once booked.
Can clubs book pre-season blocks across several nets?
Yes. Book a club into several nets at once as a permanent or term booking, so pre-season is locked in before casual hire fills the evenings. Charges sit on the club's account.
Can parents enrol kids in winter academies and holiday clinics online?
Yes. Each academy group or clinic has its own size and age limits, and parents enrol and pay from your branded dashboard. Holiday clinics can be booked a day at a time.
What does Intrac cost for a cricket centre?
Plans start at 1.95% of monthly revenue with a minimum of $495 a month, plus GST. That covers ongoing support, upgrades and changes, with no setup fee and no lock-in contract.
