Create an annual membership, a 10-visit court pass and a pack of private lessons. Set how many sessions each one holds, how many days it lasts and what it costs.

New players create a family account, and returning ones sign in with a family name and mobile. A parent's membership and the kids' junior pickleball sit under one login, ready to book.

Take sessions off passes
When a pass holder joins Thursday's round robin or books a 7 am court, the session comes off their pass. The pass shows what's left, and there's nothing to pay.

Book a demoWhat is a padel and pickleball centre management system?
A padel and pickleball centre management system handles court bookings, socials, leagues, memberships and counter sales for a court venue. Intrac is a class & facility management system that does all of this, plus gate access and court lights. It's set up to match your club's courts, members and programs.
Can players book courts online?
Yes. Players choose a court and a start time from their phone and pay on the spot. Peak, off-peak and member rates are applied automatically.
Can we cap socials and open play by level?
Yes. Give each social, Americano or clinic a cap and limit it to the levels you choose. Once it's full, players join the watch list instead of messaging the desk.
Can we sell memberships and session passes?
Yes. Set up each pass with a number of sessions, an expiry and a price. Players buy and renew online, and every pass shows on their record.
Can we run round robins, leagues and club nights?
Yes. Run knockouts, round robins, pools to knockout and divisions, with fixtures, scores and ladders. Players check their fixtures and the ladder online.
Can pickleball share our tennis courts?
Yes. You decide which courts are open to pickleball, tennis or both, at what times and rates. Pickleball coaching and socials run as their own programs, separate from tennis.
Can bookings switch gate access and court lights?
Yes. Intrac works with access control systems. Each booking texts the player an access code and switches the gates and lights for that slot, so early and late courts run without staff on site.
What does Intrac cost for a padel or pickleball centre?
Plans start at 1.95% of your monthly takings, with a $495 monthly minimum, plus GST. Ongoing support, upgrades and changes are covered, and you won't pay setup fees or sign a lock-in contract.
