What does it do?

The Intrac Trip Manager is an online computer system that manages all aspects of a tour operator's business. It takes online bookings and payments for direct and agent bookings, and manages your invoicing. Designed for tour operators that sell packaged products that combine transport, accomodation, meals and other activities, it makes it easy to manage a complex booking process.

How does it benefit me?

You will take more direct bookings as you make it easier for customers to make bookings through your web site. Your reservations staff will take fewer calls as customers and agents can make online bookings. Your accounting process can be streamlined, with invoices issued at the click of a button. You'll have detailed reports available from your office or on the road with up-to-date information.

How about my customers?

Your customers can make online bookings and payments through your web site. A booking confirmation and information pack is automatically sent when the booking is completed.

And my sales agents?

Agents can check availability and make bookings online, using the same booking page as your customers. Agents who are invoiced are able to complete a booking by entering a voucher number, rather than processing a payment. The system has an API (Application Programming Interface) that provides a live reservation inventory to other booking systems, allowing agents to make bookings directly from their reservations software.

What do I need?

You need only a computer with internet access, a web site and an online merchant facility. We will help you to set these up as part of our standard installation.

What does setup involve?

We configure a new system to meet your requirements. Next, we provide a couple of snippets of HTML that you add to the Home page of your web site.... that's all you need to integrate the Intrac system. We set up the payment gateway so credit card payments are deposited into your bank account, then we run your key staff through a training session and you're ready to use the system.
