What does it do?
The Intrac Tennis Centre Manager is an online computer system that manages all aspects of a tennis centre business. It handles court bookings, event registrations, collection of payments and a customer database. Because the system is web-based, it allows your customers to serve themselves and do most of the work for you. The system is designed in Australia to meet the needs of Australian tennis centres.
How does it benefit me?
The system allows you to collect payments in advance and avoid no-shows. Most of the time-consuming administration, such as regular bookings and invoicing, can be done at the click of a button. A customer database query function, along with integrated SMS messaging and email lists, helps you to communicate more effectively with your customers while slashing your telephone and postage costs.

What do I need?
You need only a computer with internet access, a web site and an online merchant facility. We will help you to set these up as part of our standard installation.

Most tennis centres can be up and running within two weeks. If you have any special needs, we can customise the system to suit your business and have you operational in an additional week or two.
What does setup involve?
We configure a new system to meet the requirements that we gather as part of the sales process. Next, we provide a couple of snippets of HTML that you add to the Home page of your web site.... that's all you need to integrate the Intrac system. We set up the payment gateway so credit card payments are deposited into your bank account, then we run your key staff through a training session and you're ready to use the system.
