What does it do?
The Intrac Swim School Manager is an online computer system that manages all aspects of a swim school business. It handles enrolments and payments, a customer database, class schedule and teaching roster. Because the system is web-based, it allows your customers to serve themselves and do most of the work for you. The system is designed in Australia to meet the needs of Australian swim schools.
How does it benefit me?
Class bookings and payments are handled with minimal effort. A customer database, along with integrated SMS messaging and email lists, helps you to communicate more effectively with your customers while slashing your telephone and postage costs. Management and financial reports provide comprehensive information about how your business is going.
How about my customers?
Your customers have real-time access to the class schedule. They can enrol in classes, change their class times, make payments and receive instant confirmation of their enrolment. A wait list is available for classes that are full. Your customers can access the system from work or home, 24 hours a day.
Can the system be customised to my needs?
Yes. Just as no two swim schools are the same, no two implementations of Intrac are the same. We configure the system to meet your requirements and update the system as your business changes.
What do I need?
You need only a computer with internet access, a web site and an online merchant facility. We will help you to set these up as part of our standard installation.
When can I start?
Most swim schools can be up and running within two weeks. If you have any special needs, we can customise the system to suit your business and have you operational in an additional week or two.
What does setup involve?
We configure a new system to meet your requirements. Next, we provide a couple of snippets of HTML that you add to the Home page of your web site.... that's all you need to integrate the Intrac system. We set up the payment gateway so credit card payments are deposited into your bank account, then we run your key staff through a training session and you're ready to use the system.
