Online Bookings
Whether booking a court, enrolling in a class or registering for an event, Intrac systems make it very easy for your customers to make their own bookings. Customers are shown availability in real-time and the system will calculate the cost of the booking, make sure there are no double-bookings and provide instant confirmation with a Tax Invoice. A wait list is available for any classes that are full.
Payments
The payments module allows customers to make online credit card payments for any outstanding invoice. Payment details are sent immediately to the bank over a secure connection and funds are deposited directly into your bank account. The system also allows you to record payments by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.
Customer Database
Your customers can create a profile and maintain their own personal information online. The system stores information on age, gender and level of play and keeps a history of bookings and transactions, which you can use to analyse your business and target your marketing. To that end, the system produces email lists and includes a fully integrated SMS messaging service.
A membership module manages the sale of any number of membership types, provides discounts or free bookings for current members and sends automatic reminders when memberships are due for renewal.
Product Sales
A simple online store makes it easy for people to buy items along with their booking. The product module includes all the functionality of a sophisticated point-of-sale system, including a barcode scanner, reports on sales and inventory levels and automatic restock alerts.
