All you need to use an Intrac system is a computer with internet access. We manage the servers that host your system, so you don't need to buy hardware, install or upgrade any software or perform any backup procedures.
We provide simple instructions so you can integrate Intrac with your web site, which is usually a case of adding a few buttons. If you need help to set up a web site, apply for a merchant facility, or have any technical questions, we can help you.

Each Intrac product is a commercially proven solution for the specific needs of the industry. The systems are highly configurable to allow for the differences between businesses. As part of our standard setup we'll activate the functions and reports that are relevant to your business. For those with unique requirements, we are able to customise your system to meet your needs.
Training and Support
Each system comes with a user manual and we provide on-site training for key staff. They are incredibly easy to use and we provide ongoing technical support to make sure you get the most out of your system.
We use the latest servers, which are fast and reliable, and host them in Tier III data centres in Sydney. We have a fully redundant infrastructure to ensure maximum reliability.
Backup and Maintenance
Data is simultaneously backed up to our redundant site, then backed up again to another location on a daily basis. We use current software and apply patches and updates regularly.
All Intrac systems are encoded with 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures that all data, including usernames, passwords, credit card numbers and reports, are protected by industry standard security.
