Trip Manager
Tour operators who offer packaged products (which may combine travel, accommodation, meals and other activities) have a complex bookings-based business for which there are few quality management tools around. We used our experience in other markets to develop the Trip Manager for tour operators. Customers and agents can make online bookings through a very simple booking page, and behind the scenes some complex logistic and accounting processes are streamlined or automated. Live reservation inventories are made available to other booking systems via an API.
